Soba University Hospital New theatre complex, 28 beds capacity:

Supplying & Designing Medical gases Networks System to the hospital, the network consist of supplying for 6 central gases (Oxygen 6 +6 manifold, AIR compressor, Oxygen generator (Oxyplus) 10.2 m3/ hour flow with filling station, Vacuum Pump station, N2O 3+3 manifold and CO2 manifold 2+2) to the hospital beds and Operation Theatre from the central station of the gases.
It also includes supplying of 22 Bed Head Units, 6 Ceiling pendants and 42 wall mounted outlet.


Khartoum Hospital 45 bed capacity surgical complex:

The MPS services and maintenance support provided to Khartoum Modern Surgical Complex. The Services includes supplying & installation of Oxyplus oxygen generator 12 m3/hours with filling station, BOTTARINI medical air plant, and MIL’S Vacuum station with backup manifolds in addition to piping & wall outlets (BHU’s & ceiling pendants) to all complex intended areas.
Khartoum Modern Surgical Complex is a 45-bed capacity including ICU recovery HDU and 10 operating theaters; MPS has installed Medical Gases Network (MGN) which consists of central station of Air, Vacuum, and oxygen generator with filling station.

Bahry Educational Hospital:

Supplying oxygen generator with automatic switch over for oxygen network for pediatric Emergency building through a governmental tender.
The oxygen generator is from OXYMAT Company and with flow of 13 m3/hour which will supply the whole needed oxygen outlets in the building.

  • PTS: 5 multi send & receive stations for the whole building with one blower.
  • MGN: maintenance and checking leakage of outlets & BHU’s in addition to maintenance of the leakage from the station s till the outlets in each floor.

Criminal Evidence

Supplying Special Gases Network for 6 gases (He, Acetylene, O2, Argon, air & LPG) consists of:

  • 1090 m Medical Copper Pipes complete with fittings.
  • 29 Point of use regulator (single stage with inlet shut off valve).
  • 1 Manifold regulator, manual changeover for Acetylene.
  • 12 Manual changeover, single stage inlet pressure.

Doctors Tower (Service Area12,850 m2, 48 private rooms, 10 ICU beds, 4 Operation rooms capacity) :

Designing & Installing Medical gases Networks System to the hospital, the network consist of supplying for 6 central gases (Oxygen 10 +10 manifold, Duplex AIR compressor, Duplex Vacuum Pump station, N2O 3+3 manifold and CO2 manifold 3+3) to the hospital private rooms, ICU, recovery, Operation Theatre and other targeted rooms from the central station of the gases.
It also includes installing of 26 Bed Head Units, 4 Ceiling pendants and 215 wall mounted outlets.


Alnaw Hospital:

Supplying & Designing Medical Gases Networks System to the hospital, the network consists of supplying for 4 central gases (Oxygen, Medical Compressed Air, N2O & Vacuum) to ICU, Operation Theatre, Emergency from the central station of the gases.
The network includes 32 wall mounted outlets, 12 Bed Head Units & ASVU for 4 Gases in addition to Vacuum Pump station, Oxygen Manifold (6 +6) cylinders, N2O Manifold (3 + 3) cylinders and Air manifold (3 +3) cylinders.

  • Supplying of two operation lamps for the operation rooms from RIMSA Italy.

Makka Eye Hospital :

Maintenance to their medical gases network including make an extension for the network.


Fedail Hospital :

Supplying vacuum pumps (MIL’S) to the hospital and do maintenance to their screw compressor and drain system for oxygen generator and medical screw compressor.
Also responsible of after sales service and maintenance to their OXYPLUS oxygen generators (two units) and medical gases network. Supplying & installing zeolite to their Oxyplus oxygen generator (2 lines) 6 m3/hour. Supplying of Medical air plant consists of duplex screw air compressor with flow rate at 8 bar: 150 m3/h with set for remote control.


Military Hospital – Alshalali Department :

Maintenance to their medical gases network including make an extension for the network.


El-Gezira Hospital for Renal Diseases, capacity 84 beds :

Supplying & Designing Medical gases Networks System to the hospital, the network consist of supplying for 2 central gases (Oxygen 10 +10 Source, AIR compressor) to the hospital beds and Operation Theatre from the central station of the gases.


Ideal Fertility and Antenatal Care Centre :

Supplying & Designing Medical gases Networks System to the center which is medium capacity center, the network consist of supplying for 4 central gases (O2, N2, CO2 and N2O) to the center beds and Operation Theatre from the central station of the gases.


Tabuk Pharmaceuticals Factory (Special Gases Network) :

Supplying & Designing special gases Networks System to the hospital, the network consist of supplying for 7 central gases (Oxygen, Helium, Argon, Air, Hydrogen, Nitrogen & Acetylene) to HPLC & GC (Gas Chromatography) from the central station of the gases.


Royal scan Hospital (Alresala):

Supplying & Designing Medical gases Networks System to the hospital, the network consist of supplying for 3 central gases (Oxygen, Medical Compressed Air & Vacuum) to CCU recently and to the extent of the hospital in the near future from the central station of the gases.


Sharq Alnil Hospital:

Supplying of preventive maintenance kits to their Penlon medical gases network and responsible of maintenance and installation of their Oxygen generator (RIFAIR) 30 m3/hour flow capacity.


Saad Abu Alila Hospital:

Supplying & Designing Medical gases Networks System to the hospital, the network consist of supplying for central oxygen gases to ICU, Operation Theatre, and NICU from the central station Manifold. The network includes 10 wall mounted outlets, Oxygen Manifold (4 +4) with alarming system.


Zargaa Hospital :

Supplying & Designing Medical gases Networks System to the hospital, the network consist of supplying for central Medical gases (Oxygen & N2O) to Recovery, Operation Theatre and Septic rooms from the central station Manifolds.
The network includes 20 wall mounted outlets, Oxygen automatic switch over Manifold (3 +3) & N2O automatic Switch over Manifold (1+1).


Police Hospital:

Troubleshooting & inspection of medical gases stations including checking their BUSCH vacuum pump and BOGE screw compressor (Medical Air Plant) and advice about the needed corrective actions.


Zaytoona Hospital:

Troubleshooting & inspection of medical gases stations including checking their oxygen generator “Oxylife” and BOGE screw compressor (Medical Air Plant) and advice about the needed corrective actions.


Albaraha Hospital:

Troubleshooting of OXYMAT Oxygen generator and responsible of maintenance and after sales service to KAESER screw compressor (Medical Air) including supplying preventive maintenance kits, we have a service contract for Oxymat Oxygen generator units for two years since 2014.


Shawaheg Construction Company (Djibouti Hospital Project):

Working as a third party auditor & consultant for installation of Medical gases network and stations in Djibouti hospital project in Djibouti to check performance and check acceptance of work done by MGN contractor.


Military Hospital:

After sales service for their oxygen generators OXYPLUS & IGS and medical gases networks, make the inspection & diagnosis of the efficiency for IGS oxygen Generator (Alshallali) as a third party consultant to medical gases network.


Royal Care Hospital:

Installation, providing the after sales service and preventive maintenance to their OXYPLUS generator 13 m3/hour capacity. Shortlisted for Service contract in 2014 for the whole medical gases station in the hospital.


Alshaab Educational Hospital:

After sales service and maintenance to their OXYPLUS oxygen generator 3 m3/hour and medical gases network. Supplying of Defibrillators with high quality trollies for emergency building through a public tender.


Alsalam Cardiac Centre:

After sales service and maintenance to their OXYPLUS oxygen generator (2 lines with capacity of 10.2 m3/hour per each line) and medical gases network.


Jarash Hospital:

Installation of Oxyplus Oxygen generator (20 m3/hour flow capacity) and responsible of maintenance and after sales service to OXYPLUS oxygen generator and medical gases network including supplying preventive maintenance kits.


Dar Alilag Hospital:

Supplying and installing the extension of DREAGER medical gases network to new operation theatres inside the hospital.


Sudan Heart Centre:

Troubleshooting of IGS Oxygen generator and responsible of maintenance and after sales service to ATLAS COPCO screw compressor (Medical Air).


Adam & Hawaa Fertility Centre:

Supplying of Nitrogen manual switch over (2 + 2) in addition to N2O auxiliary
Manifold (1+1) cylinders capacity in addition to special gases supply contract.
